Contract Term – Twelve (12) Months

The subscription shall have a minimum contract term of twelve (12) months, from the date of service activation. Upon completion of the 12-month contract, the customer may continue using the internet service on a month-to-month basis, subject to the Company’s existing terms and conditions. The Company’s Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) shall not be automatically removed solely because the initial 12-month contract has expired, provided the customer continues the subscription.

 

 

Equipment Ownership

All Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) provided and installed by DC FIBER NETWORK WIRED INTERNET SERVICES shall remain the property of the Company. Upon termination of the subscription, the customer shall coordinate with the Company for the retrieval of its equipment, subject to applicable terms and laws

 

Pre-termination contract term

If the customer requests pre-termination of the subscription before completing the initial twelve (12)-month contract term, the customer shall pay an amount equivalent to one (1) month of the customer’s current subscribed monthly plan as the pre-termination fee, subject to the Company’s applicable policies and applicable laws.

 

The termination request shall be processed upon settlement of the applicable pre-termination fee and any other valid outstanding obligations. The customer shall also surrender or allow the retrieval of all Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) owned by DC FIBER NETWORK WIRED INTERNET SERVICES, subject to proper coordination with the Company and applicable laws and regulations.

 

Privacy Policy

Dc Fiber is committed to providing the Subscriber with the highest levels of customer service, and this includes protecting the Customer’s privacy.

To accomplish this, Dc fiber created a comprehensive Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) that governs all information collected on or submitted to https://www.dcfibernetwork.com/.com (the “Site”). By accessing, browsing or using the Site, the Subscriber acknowledges that it has read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy.

1. Dc Fiber Network’s Privacy Policy and its Services
   1. This Privacy Policy is only applicable to the Site and not to any other sites or the Services which the Subscriber may be able to access from the Site which may have data collection, storage, and use practices and policies that differ materially from this Privacy Policy.
   2. The Subscriber shall be required to provide certain information to Dc Fiber Network in order to access the Site and avail of the Services therein.
